The Sebastian River area is a wonderful place to live and work. Surrounded by water, whether your choice is the salty breezes of the Atlantic Ocean, the briny water of the Indian River Lagoon and St. Sebastian River, or the freshwater bass fishing capital of the south, we have it all!

Directly east of the famous surfing capital of the east coast of Florida, the Sebastian Inlet and barrier islands provide miles of oceanfront and the headwaters of the St. John’s River empty out into the Stick Marsh, west in the Fellsmere area. North in Brevard County are the communities of Little Hollywood on the St. Sebastian River, Micco, Barefoot Bay, and Grant.

Living and working in the Sebastian River Area is easy, and the sleepy fishing village communities have come into the 21st century with a boom. Raising a family, seeking higher education, fulfilling employment or enjoying your retirement years, the place to do it is all here in the Sebastian River Area!
